You can make purchases with the following credit or debit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS, MAESTRO.
Upon completing the order, the customer enters their credit card details through the payment gateway—a secure electronic banking system equipped with a cutting-edge security program that adopts 3D Secure 2.0 protocols to prevent card data from being intercepted or manipulated. Once authorized, the transaction will be charged for the final amount due upon order shipment. Customer Service representatives are not authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or expiration dates.

PAYPAL
By selecting the "PayPal" payment method, the customer will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website. If you are already a PayPal customer, simply log in with your details and confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you must create one before proceeding with payment. Parloustore.it reserves the right to ship goods only to the address indicated on the verified PayPal account. -
SHIPMENTS
We ship free of charge ( for orders over €150, otherwise the cost is €8) to Italy and Europe ( for orders over €300, otherwise the cost is €15) , including Great Britain and Switzerland, with no order value limits using the SDA service . A signature is required upon delivery. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm. Once the items are shipped, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. -
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are shipped within 1 business day (Monday-Friday) from the order date and, barring any impediments or delays beyond our control, shipping times are 1 business day in Italy and 2-3 business days in Europe (including Switzerland and RSM). Customers who make a purchase through parlourstore.it agree to accept delivery of their package. In the event of non-delivery due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, recipient consistently absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.) and the package is returned to sender, or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any additional charges will be deducted from the refund due. - EXTRA EU

Latin America : 4 - 8 days
Asia and Middle East : 2 - 4 days
Australia and Oceania : 2 - 4 days for major destinations / 4 - 5 days for remote destinations

- SHIPMENT TRACKING:
Once the order is shipped, the Customer will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to follow the shipment's progress.

INSURANCE:
Upon delivery of the products by the courier, the customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the transport document; that the packaging is not damaged or altered, including the sealing materials. Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or discrepancies in the number of packages, must be reported to the courier immediately. In this case, the customer is asked to sign for receipt with reservations or refuse delivery. Once the delivery document has been signed without any notification, the customer will not be able to raise any dispute regarding the delivered package.
